viaERP is a specialised Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning system that helps organisations collect, store, manage and interpret data from many business activities, including product planning, costs, manufacturing, service delivery, marketing and sales, inventory management, and shipping and payment. It can track business resource cash, raw materials, production capacity, and the status of business commitments such as orders, purchase orders, and payroll.

Customers, too, can access their orders and track them if needed.

Procurement and Inventory Management

viaERP includes a complete HR system suite that helps maintain all employee demographic information, CVs, work experience, and other related information. From job openings, job applications, and offer letters to uploading attendance to handling staff leave, different holiday calendars, expense claims, employee appraisal, loan management, training, salary structure, and employee payroll and salary slips. Also, it is fully integrated with Accounting.

Fleet Management

viaERP can help track vehicles, drivers, and claim expenses along with setting up vehicle information, vehicle logs required to maintain odometer, refueling, and service details along with reports, all in one place. Includes all vehicle operating costs while maintaining separate default 'vehicle expenses' account and 'vehicle expenses' claim type. Includes a provision to create expense claims forms submitted by the vehicle log and handles most fleet vehicle data tasks and information.

Retail Point of Sale

viaERP includes a unique module that can integrate a touch-friendly point-of-sales interface to quickly record a bill, its payment, and the resulting inventory reduction. Manage per-location settings like currency, cash/bank account, taxes, and terms and conditions.
